We are a pioneering seaweed farming and dry seaweed producing and exporting company based in Sri Lanka. The company was established in 2016. At present our seaweed cultivation spans across Kalpitiya, Mannar, Kilinochchi, Jaffna, and Batticaloa.
The seaweed variety used for farming is Kappapicus Alverezii (trade name Cottonii) wich is ued for Carrageenan extraction. The company utilises sustainable eco- friendly seaweed cultivating techniques and it has an efficient team of seaweed farmers employed across its areas of cultivation. The key goals of the company revolve around maintaining ocean sustainability and developing the welfare and livelihood of the seaweed farmers. Our seaweed cultivations enhance the sea environs and the marine life.

Mineko Ariyasu
Chairman / MD
Mineko Ariyasu hails from Japan and joins the team as the Chairman / MD and the investor. The concept of seaweed cultivation project is her brainchild. She has a diverse knowledge about seaweed cultivation. She also has an excellent expertise in the cosmetics industry.
Sajeewa Koilitha Gunasekara
Director
Sajeewa works in the capacity of director Finance. He is an electronic engineer and a sworn in Translator in Japanese Language (Government Licensed). He is an active team player and works as a director / Area Manager – Sri Lanka of Uncle Planning Co Ltd., Japan and Shihou Japanese Academy.
Tissa Kulasinghe
Director
Tissa holds the position of a director and has a BSc Degree in Management from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. Tissa holds excellent PR skills and plays a key role in the seaweed cultivation and operations. He has work experience as a Manager Operations, and Manager Administration at Silicon Courting (pvt) Ltd and Sinhagiri Co., Ltd PLC.
Eureka Krishanti Gunasekara
Director
Eureka joins the team as a director. She holds a BA (Hons) in English and English Language Teaching from the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL). She takes charge of marketing and business promotions. She has worked in the capacity of an Administration Executive, Insurance Coordinator at Asian Alliance Insurance and Coordinator to the Adviser of the Ministry of Indigenous Medicine.
